I was so scared he'd hurt the baby, so I pushed him off me.
(sniffles) And then, I don't know what came over me, but I was so angry.
So, so angry that I took the ashtray and I hit him.
Arun must have found you just after that.
And he hid the ashtray in his guitar case so you could slip away.
I'm going to prison, ain't I?
They'll take my baby away from me.
I'm sure the judge will take everything into consideration.
Everything I've done, it was all to protect my child.
(sniffles) (breath trembling) When my child is old enough, will you make sure that they know I did it for them?
And will you tell them that I love them... (softly): ...so very, very much... (aloud): ...and we'll see each other again one day?
(cries softly) (sniffles) (dog barking in distance) Oh, my...
